The System has three modes of operation, a primary autopilot mode and two basic modes which are yaw damper (rudder servo) and electric trim (elevator-trim servo).

- Flight Control Computer (FCC) (Ref. 34-22-00)
- Autopilot controller (Ref. Fig. 1 and Fig. 4)
- Flight director/ autopilot mode-selector (Ref. 34-22-00)
- Aileron, rudder, elevator and elevator-trim servo drives (Ref. Fig. 1 thru Fig.3 and Fig. 5)
