A. System Function
The Cabin Audio System (CAS) lets the flight crew and the cabin crew speak to the passengers. The CAS also gives chime signals for the attendant call and the cabin signs.

The PA amplifier amplifies the audio inputs from the flight crew and cabin crew and sends them to the cabin speakers. The PA amplifier also sends chime signals to the cabin speakers.
