A. System Function
The dc generation system (the system) supplies 28 V dc to the Power Distribution Units (PDU).
B. System Components
The primary components of the system are the two:
The system is divided into a left system and a right system. The system supplies 28 V dc to the internal busbars in the left and the right PDU.
If a failure of the left or the right system occurs, the remaining system has sufficient power to supply the internal busbar of the other system. The electrical power to the non-essential busbar is automatically disconnected if a failure of the left or the right system occurs (Ref. 24-32-00).

- Starter/ generators (Ref. Fig. 2)
- Generator Control Units (GCU) (Ref. Fig. 1)
- Current transformers (Ref. Fig. 2)
