A. System Function
The Environmental-Control System (ECS) bleed-duct warning-system gives a warning to the flight crew if there is:

The ECS bleed-duct warning system has four thermoswitches.(Ref. Fig. 1 thru Fig. 3)
C. System Operation
If an ECS bleed-duct occurs, the thermoswitches send a warning signal to the left (right) DUCT FAIL/ DUCT O/TEMP indicator.
The Environmental-Control System (ECS) bleed-duct warning-system gives a warning to the flight crew if there is:
- A leak in the ECS bleed supply-duct on the wing front spar
- A leak in the ECS bleed supply-duct in the ECS bay
