A 28 V dc supply goes through the switch and a relay to the upper and the lower flood lights. The flood lights then come on.

- Logo signs on the sides of the vertical stabilizer
- Registration numbers of the aircraft.

- Two upper flood-lights (Ref. Fig. 1)
- Two lower flood lights (Ref. Fig. 1)
- A relay
