A. System Function
The propeller assembly makes sure that the propeller blade angle is at the correct position set through the components of the controlling system (Ref. 61-20-00).
B. System Components (Ref. Fig.1)
The primary components of the propeller assembly are:
The pitch change mechanism is hydraulically operated to fine and reverse pitch. The coarse and feather pitch are mechanically helped with coil springs and counterweights.
