A. System Components

The primary assemblies of Controlling system includes the:

• Fuel pump assembly
• Main fuel control assembly
• Flow control valve assembly
• Inlet temperature sensor

B. Assembly Operation

1. Fuel pump assembly has a centrifugal boost pump which increases the fuel pressure supplied by the aircraft fuel system.
2. The fuel filter assembly removes unwanted material from the fuel.
3. The flow control valve assembly gets the fuel from the main fuel control assembly and divides the fuel into the primary and secondary manifolds.
4. The inlet temperature sensor provides the main fuel control assembly an inlet air temperature input.
